What is Ergo?

ergo is a tool designed to empower brands, ushering in a new era of possibilities. When you add the ergo button to your product pages, it allows customers to propose offers for their desired purchase price. You have full control of accepting and rejecting offers. ergo helps you increase revenue, optimize profit, and clear inventory — all without having to announce a sale.

Does the Ergo button appear on all my products?

You also have the flexibility to activate the ergo button on only specified products.

What if I don’t want to accept an offer from a customer?

You're in charge. The decision to accept or decline a customer's offer rests entirely with you. You can easily manage offers within your Shopify Admin page. Whether you choose to accept, reject, or let an offer expire, customers will be notified via email of your decision.

How Do I Install Ergo?

For Shopify users, installation is easy. Find us in the Shopify App Store and follow the download instructions. If you have any questions about the installation process, please email us at info@ergooffers.com and we’ll be happy to help.
